VAT will be applied in accordance with the Value-Added Tax Act No. 89 of 1991 where applicable. Please confirm our current VAT registration status at the time of engagement. All invoices will clearly reflect any applicable VAT.
 
Website projects typically require a 50% deposit upon acceptance of the quotation, with the remaining 50% due on completion and before launch. Monthly retainers are invoiced in advance on the 1st of each month. All payment terms are specified in the project agreement.
